PUBLIC/OPEN SKATE

Public Skating is open Friday and Saturday nights from 5:00-9:00PM (excluding holidays)

YOUTH AND ADULT LEAGUE HOCKEY

The Maui Inline Hockey Association is dedicated to the building of youth and adult hockey on Maui. The MIHA program is an alcohol, tobacco and drug free environment. For General Information about the rink please email info@mauihockey.com

2024 WINTER SPRING SEASON

Youth Info:

League

The Youth league will start the week of January 22 and end the week of May 20. Registrations are still open for 8U. Parents can email youth@mauihockey.com for more information.

Monday:     
            5:15 pm -- 8U/Beginners

Tuesday:     
            4:15 pm -- 8U/Beginners
            5:00 pm – 10/12U Practice
            6:15 pm – 12/14 Practice

Thursday:
            4:15 pm -- 8U/Beginners
            5:00 pm – 10/12U Game
            5:45 pm – 12/14 Game
            6:30 pm – 16U game

Adult Info:

The Winter/Spring Adult Leagues will begin January 22 There will be 2 divisions.  Adult League (Tuesday) and Rec/Mixed (Thursday)

Tuesday- Adult League Games 7:30 and  8:30pm

Thursday- Rec/Mixed Games 7:30, 8:15, and 9:00pm

Sunday- Adult PU Hockey 7:30-9:30 pm (no reservation required)

Youth and Adult Hockey Registration Info:

Players must have AAU insurance, which runs September 1, 2023 to August 31, 2024 in order to register. Follow the steps below to complete your registration. Youth fees are $75 per season. Adult fees are $100 per season or $275 annually. 

1. Complete your AAU membership for the 2023/2024 year: https://aau.rsportz.com/(as of Aug. 2023, this is a new interface for AAU Membership. You can just select our club from drop down when asked and verify club code RSYF9T45) . Select Hockey Inline Adult or Youth Athlete.

2. Players must register and pay for league or pickup play:

4. If you do not register, you will not be put on a team.

Maui Inline Hockey Association is affiliated with the AAU (Amateur Athletic Union) for insurance coverage for players, coaches and referees. All Youth & Adult players, coaches & referees must register with AAU before participating in games or practices. AAU coverage runs concurrent with the MIHA year and starts September 1 and ends on August 31. Any yearly dues that are paid will cover this time frame each year. 

Coaching and Referee Opportunity for Adult/Youth  Leagues
Are you a motivated individual looking to help develop youth hockey on Maui, we are looking for coaches.  Interested in refereeing  games in the adult/youth divisions. If you are interested in either, please contact youth@mauihockey.com for more information.  

Maui Inline Hockey is primarily run through money raised during the Public Skate hours. It is during this time that the rental skates and concessions are sold to raise money for the upkeep of the rink. MIHA is constantly in need of volunteers to operate the rink during the Public Skate hours. Please contact MIHA at:volunteer@mauihockey.com for information regarding volunteering for MIHA.
